We provide coaching services as described on this website. Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support your personal and professional goals. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
Fees for each service are set out at the time of booking. Payment is due in full before services begin unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice and we will do our best to find an alternative time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.
Because coaching time is reserved specifically for you, fees are generally non-refundable once a program has begun. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Specific refund terms for each program will be provided at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You agree to participate honestly and to take responsibility for implementing any insights or steps that arise during coaching.
We treat the content of your sessions as confidential and will not share it without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
All content on this website and all materials provided as part of our services — including worksheets, frameworks, and written content — remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
