Between us, our partners have spent years inside global consultancies and fast-growing companies. We loved the rigour of the big firms and hated the rest — the leverage models, the endless decks, the invoice you couldn’t predict.
Northpeak is our answer: a deliberately small team of senior people who do the work themselves, commit to fixed fees, and measure success by what changes in your business — not how thick the final report is.
We’re a newer firm, and we treat that as an obligation. Every engagement has to earn the next referral, so we bring everything we’ve got to each one.
