Accomplished, kind, and quietly disconnected from myself — until the old teachings of dharma and Ayurveda showed me a truer way to live. Here is how I came to this work, and why I hold it the way I do.
For years I chased the shape of a good life — the title, the pace, the endless doing. From the outside it looked like arrival. Inside, I was tired in a way that rest could not touch, and increasingly unsure of who I was beneath all the achieving.
My turning point was quiet. A season of burnout led me to a small Ayurvedic practice and a single question from a teacher: what is your life actually for? I could not answer — and that not-knowing became the doorway. I began to study, to slow down, to live by rhythm rather than force.
Over the years that followed I trained deeply in Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation, and slowly remembered my own dharma: to walk beside others as they find theirs. This practice is the fruit of that path — offered with humility, warmth, and a great deal of love.
I will hold you tenderly and still ask the honest questions. Real transformation asks for both softness and courage.
Life is not a machine to optimise. We align with your nature and the seasons, so growth feels sustainable and kind.
I do not hand you my truth. My work is to help you trust your own — you carry more wisdom than you have been told.
These teachings are ancient and deserve real care. My training gives us time-honoured frameworks to lean on — yet the practice is always shaped around you, your body, and your life as it truly is.

“Amara has a rare gift — she makes you feel completely safe and completely awake at the same time. I left our work knowing who I am.”

The gentlest way to find out is a free, unhurried conversation. I would love to hear where you are, and what your heart is quietly reaching toward.
