From burned-out manager to coach
I spent the first decade of my career inside fast-growing companies — leading teams, sitting on hiring panels, and watching brilliant people talk themselves out of the roles they deserved. I did it too, until a mentor called me on it.
That changed everything. I retrained as a coach so I could give other people what she gave me: a clear plan, honest feedback, and someone who refuses to let them play small.
Today I coach ambitious professionals and emerging leaders around the world — one focused, no-fluff relationship at a time. It’s a deliberately small practice, and that’s the point.
