I provide career and leadership coaching as described on this website. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process; it is not therapy, counselling, or financial, legal, or medical advice. The specific format, sessions, and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate coaching agreement between you and me.
I bring my full experience and commitment to our work, but your results depend on many factors, including your own actions. I do not guarantee any specific job offer, promotion, salary, or business outcome.
Fees are agreed in writing before coaching begins. Unless otherwise stated, sessions are payable in advance according to the terms in the relevant coaching agreement.
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice as set out in your coaching agreement. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be treated as used, unless we agree otherwise.
I keep what you share confidential and use it only for the purposes of our coaching, in line with the applicable coaching agreement and professional ethical standards.
Worksheets, frameworks, and materials I share remain my intellectual property and are provided for your personal use. Content on this website is my property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or my services. My total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which I operate, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
