These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any coaching, programmes, or services provided by Sol Rivera Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a call or joining a programme, you agree to these terms. Our coaching supports general wellbeing, nutrition and healthy habits. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant or managing a health condition.
You are responsible for your own health choices and for sharing relevant health information so our guidance can be appropriate for you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sol Rivera Coaching is not liable for outcomes arising from following general coaching guidance, except where caused by our negligence.
Calls and sessions must be booked in advance. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before a session so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
Programme fees, packages, and their terms are set out at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, recurring plans renew automatically and can be cancelled in line with the terms of your plan.
Programmes and packages are generally non-refundable once they have started, except where required by law. Specific refund terms are provided at the time of purchase.
We ask all clients to communicate respectfully and to attend sessions on time. We reserve the right to end a coaching relationship in cases of abusive or disrespectful behaviour.
All content, plans and resources we share are our property or used with permission, are for your personal use only, and may not be reproduced or resold without our consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme or session.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
