These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any classes, memberships, or services provided by PULSE Movement Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class or becoming a member, you agree to these terms. Physical activity carries inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are in suitable health to take part, and you agree to inform your coach of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise programme.
You participate in classes at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PULSE Movement Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.
Classes must be booked in advance and spaces are limited. Please cancel at least 12 hours before a class so we can offer your spot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the class credit.
Membership fees, class packs, and their terms are set out at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled in line with the terms of your plan.
Class packs and memberships are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Specific refund terms are provided at the time of purchase.
We ask all members to treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect, arrive on time, and follow reasonable safety instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.
All content on this website is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class or membership.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
